Bourn Country Club offers its members the ultimate experience in relaxation with its luxury 15 meter level deck pool and spa area.  Members can also enjoy the warmth of the sauna as well as the soothing experience of the steam room.

We pride ourselves on a warm welcome and superb treatments, with beautiful views looking over the landscaped golf course we are sure your visit with us will be peaceful and relaxing.

Gymnasium
Bourn's modern and well-equipped gymnasium provides members with various types of equipment ranging from Cardiovascular machines, resistance weights, training machines and a variety of free weights.  The friendly staff offer new and existing customers fitness programs, which are tailored for your individual needs.  They are also on hand to assess your progress and make sure that you achieve your targets.  A personal training service is available for those who require professional assistance and motivation.

Aerobic Dance Studio
 Bourn Country Club has a state-of-art sprung loaded dance studio hosting a full range of fitness classes.  These classes range from high to low impact classes to suit everyone and keep you on track with your fitness goals.  The studio is also available for private hire.  .   Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 15 meters in length and is a level deck pool.  The temperature is balanced so that it is warm enough to float around and relax and cold enough for those wishing to take in some invigorating lengths.

 

Sauna

Saunas have a very low humidity level, which allows for the high air temperature to be tolerated for long periods of time. There are many health benefits attributed to using saunas, these include promoting cellular activity, improved circulation and skin nourishment.

Spa Pool
The spa pool, can be found just off the main pool area and includes jets for massage purposes.  It is an excellent way to relieve aches and pains.

Steam Room
Like the sauna, the steam room also induces sweating to provide a comprehensive cleansing of the skin but also provides an excellent treatment for many respiratory problems through steam inhalation.
