My name is Sarah Smith. I am the Assistant PGA Professional at Bourn Golf Club. My main role is to encourage young people into golf and develope Bourn Golf Club Junior Stags Academy. Here at Bourn Golf & Leisure Club we have excellent facilities for juniors to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf. We have a driving range, practice green for chipping and putting, a practice bunker and we also have a Par 3 pitch and putt course which is an ideal course for juniors to start playing the game.

Bourn Golf Club Junior Stag Academy.
The Bourn Golf Club Junior Stag Academy runs on a Saturday and the course covers various aspects of the game. Incorporating the use of the Golf Foundations Junior Golf Passport it enables Juniors to work towards achieving set goals to be awarded with Certificates upon completion. A fun and friendly environment enables Juniors to learn and play golf safely. There is a monthly medal on the Par 3 Course where each Junior is given a Handicap, prizes are given after play and children's handicaps are adjusted on their performance. We want all children to feel part of the club and The Stags Academy is open to all Juniors aged between 4 and 16.
The Academy coaching groups run as a roll up basis for only £8 per session:
Day: Saturday
Time: 9-10:30am or 2-3:30pm.
There is a £30 annual membership fee and this entitiles the member to unlimited use of the Academy Par 3 course, as well as an Academy uniform and bag tag.
Individual Junior Tuition.
½ Hour: £15
1 Hour: £28

Children Birthday Parties.
Bourn Golf & Leisure Club offers Children Birthday Parties which can consist of 1 Hours Tuition at £5 per person. Packages can be created to incorporate a meal afterwards as well.
All equipment is provided for the duration of the lesson and is open to children aged between 4 and 15.
