If you are planning a breakfast meeting for four or a full- blown product launch you will receive a warm welcome coupled with a professional service at Bourn Country Club. 

The downstairs bar area and Summer Conservatory are the perfect setting for an informal get- together for small groups who do not need complete privacy. 

There is WiFi throughout so internet access is always at your disposal.  We carry a range of equipment to accompany your booking, including lap tops, the latest data projectors, overhead projectors, flipcharts and audio-visual technology.  Reprographic facilities are also available.

The Club is near to both the M11 and A14 and there is ample free car parking.  Although we do not have onsite accommodation we have very good links with a local hotel.  All this and being so close to the University City of Cambridge makes this the ideal venue.

The Cambridge Suite
Opening Soon!  This purpose- built conference room can accommodate up to 50 delegates in theatre style and due to its size is also ideal for board meetings and private dinners. This suite includes all audio visual needs including access to the Internet.  The views from the private balcony overlooking the golf course are amazing.

The Studio Green Room

This is the most flexible of our rooms.  This supurb facility can accommodate up to 80 delegates in theatre style seating.  Audio-visual equipment available upon request

The numbers will vary depending on room layout. Our conference co-ordinator will be only too pleased to discuss the variables with you.

The Garden Marquee 
Accommodating up to 150 in theatre style this room is ideal for larger gatherings or private dinners.   Connected to the bar area with its informal seating, it is possible to combine this with an informal meeting area.  The Marquee can be used all year round, winter heating is available.

Golf, Fitness & Well- Being
After the hard work is done, why not unwind?  Coming for a conference or meeting at Bourn why not combine this with a round of golf on our championship course, a swim in the pool or unwind in the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi?  Or for the ultimate in relaxation, book in for a beauty treatment.

Accommodation
Whilst we do not have accommodation at the club we have good contacts with local hotels and guest houses. The nearest 4**** Hotel is within 10 minutes of our entrance and local guest houses are less than 1 mile away
