Location

A superb spacious house on Bowood Golf Course.   Set in an enviable position right in the heart of North Cornwall, close to some of the most beautiful beaches, and countryside of our unique county.  This privately owned house sits adjacent to the third green and fourth tee of Bowood Park.   The course itself is an 18 hole championship golf course par 72. It has won the coveted Golf Monthly Gold Award and offers something for everyone.  The area is steeped in history, with Bowood Park once forming a part of the 13th century deer park owned by Edward Prince of Wales formerly known as The Black Prince.

 

The Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps up to 10 and  is large with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining end that allows for group meals.  The main dining room with additional table leads to the lounge with open fireplace. Enjoy a glass of wine in the magnificent conservatory whilst watching the golfing world pass by. The top hall with galleried landing furnished with a further comfortable suite overlooks the double height conservatory gives marvellous views of the gardens, golf course and surrounding countryside. There are four large double rooms, two en-suite, one with bath with a further family bathroom containing bath and large walk in tiled shower. The main bedroom has a superior size waterbed. Outside are large gardens and ample parking. Patio area with a bar-b-que and garden seating. The property is set in a quiet area reached by a private road.
