Bourn Golf Club Cambridge boasts 18
holes of exciting and challenging golf. The original 18
hole course was opened in 1991 designed as 2 loops of 9
holes. In 2005 the 9 hole par 3 academy course opened
enhancing the facilities even further. The
expertly designed 18 hole parkland
course is set in a quiet rural countryside location
with rolling hills and many large mature trees, yet only 8
miles from Cambridge
A brook runs through the
course coming into play on several Holes and combined with 3 lakes creates a very
picturesque setting . Overall the course offers an
enjoyable, relaxing challenge to golfers of all standards.
If you are looking to play golf in the Cambridge area a trip
to Bourn Golf Club will not dissapoint.
In its relatively short
history the course has hosted several county competitions
and was awarded a silver rating in the HSBC Golf Monthly's course
rankings in 2007, being 1 of only 2 courses in the area
to receive the award. In 2009 the county championships
were held at Bourn seeing the best golfers in the area
battle it out. However our biggest accolade
is the number of times visitors return. You will
always find a welcome at Bourn
